Wedding Shower - Shannon & Duane June 28th, 2010 - SLIDESHOW
TESTING, TESTING 1, 2, 3...
I downloaded a NEW program for FLASH slideshows, and so I am testing it with pictures of Shannon (my sis-in-love) and her fiance Duane's Church Wedding Shower that was held this past Monday. But it doesn't work... hmmm, gotta figure that one out. I will make another one, and post it here! Sorry for the delay, and for technical difficulties. Wedding pics are coming soon too! =)

Well... thanks to God, tax refunds, and giftcard presents... I am the proud owner of a CANON REBEL XS!
Hey... sorry I haven't updated in a while, I have been having fun with my NEW Camera... THANK YOU GOD! It's so much fun, I can't wait to take more interesting pics, with my new lenses... I have yet to use my 'telephoto' (75-300 USM) lens, but I am excited to know that I have one!
So here are some pics that I took with my *new* camera... (the only edit is the addition of my logo/copyright) Aren't they beautiful? May God bless you!

SORRY I'VE BEEN GONE SO LONG...
Well I have been busy with other things, and have let my photography hobby slide a little. I am still saving for my new Digital SLR camera... still in decision to what brand, and what camera style, etc...
However, I thought I would fiddle around with some photos I took last Thanksgiving, since I haven't posted them yet. I took them with the thought that I would edit and post immediately on my site, however, due to circumstances that didn't happen.
Thanksgiving is one of my favourite times of the year, not only because FALL is one of my favourite seasons, but because my birthday usually falls around the Thanksgiving weekend. My niece's birthday is 3 days before mine, so we celebrate it together usually. For the last several years, my parents have rented a cottage at the beach around Thanksgiving, and we join as a family to celebrate it, and of course our birthdays.
All of this leads me to today's post... while there this past year, I took some fun pics of my niece. We had some great fun actually in the water at the beach. Yes, it was cold, and no we didn't swim. But we did take the kayak out to the shore for some fun, and some fun pics.
Here is the first of a few of edited pics... what a cutie!

SPRING has SPRUNG...
YAY! Spring has sprung for 2009...
I love SPRING, because it signifies NEW LIFE! We all can experience NEW LIFE through JESUS CHRIST the RISEN SAVIOR!
I got out on my lunch hour at work and took a few shots of nature, and the spring creatures and birds that call our church lot their home...
